FOUNDRY MAIL
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026.
Foundry Mail is a private application operated by its owner. Its Google connections are intended for the owner's accounts and channel.
Information accessed. The application receives OAuth access and refresh credentials, Google account identity information for authorized account verification, YouTube channel identity, the owner's video metadata, and upload/processing status. It sends owner-controlled video files, thumbnails, descriptions, and release settings to YouTube. Its separately authorized Gmail connection permits outgoing messages; message sending is currently disabled except for specifically approved tests, and no Gmail inbox-reading permission is requested by that connection.
Purpose. Google data is used to connect the correct accounts, perform authorized media delivery, track upload outcomes, avoid duplicate uploads, and manage approved release settings. The application does not sell Google data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. Original scene prompts and local creative production are separate from Google account credentials.
Storage and protection. OAuth credentials are stored in private directories with access restricted by filesystem permissions on the owner's devices. Google API traffic uses HTTPS. The application does not promise application-level encryption of all files at rest. Credentials are excluded from public pages, media packages, and normal diagnostic logs. Media, job records, and provider video IDs are stored on the owner's private system.
Sharing. Files and metadata selected for upload are transmitted to Google/YouTube. Public release makes the approved video and its metadata available according to YouTube's visibility settings. No public release is caused merely by connecting an account. The operator hosts these informational pages on existing private equipment behind its public HTTPS proxy. Ordinary technical request logs may be processed during operation. These pages add no advertising analytics or tracking cookies.
Retention and control. The owner can revoke application access through Google account settings and remove local credentials. Revocation stops future authorized API operations but does not automatically delete videos already uploaded or local media and job records. Those can be removed separately by the owner. There is currently no automatic media-retention deletion policy.
Google policy. Foundry Mail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Contact and changes. Questions may be sent to kris.foundry@gmail.com. This policy will be updated when data practices change.
